Nuplas Hive Clearer Board Ten Frame

Nuplas Clearer Board Ten frame is a piece of equipment used to assist clearing the honey super of bees.

The clearer board works by providing the bees a way out of the honey super (down through the brood chamber) but not making it easy to re-enter the honey super as access points are harder to re-find.

The best way to use clearer boards is to add them to the hive the morning before you wish to harvest the super. Some bees will remain or find there way back in but not in the quantities that make it unmanageable.
